Caroline Lucas is Member of Parliament for Brighton Pavilion and leader of the Green Party of England and Wales. In 1999, she was elected as one of the Green Party's first MEPs and served the South East region until 2010, when she was elected as the first Green MP to represent Brighton Pavilion.

Jean was a Member of the Intergroup on Gay and Lesbian Rights during the last term and probably will be again this term, although the groups have not yet been formally agreed. Jean Lambert was first elected Green Party Member of the European Parliament for London in the 1999 European elections. She was re-elected in 2004. She is one of nine MEPs representing London and one of two UK Green representatives in the European Parliament.

South East England
Keith Taylor has been the Green Party MEP representing the South-East of England since June 2010. Keith sits on the European Parliament Transport & Tourism and International Trade Committees. He is also a member of delegations to Afghanistan, Iran and Palestine. In both the Parliament and his constituency he is working on peace, equalities and human rights, international trade and development, energy, transport, tourism and animal welfare issues.
