Brighton Pride Launches 2011 Theme CompetitionFollowing what was the busiest Pride in Brighton & Hove ever; Pride and local LGBT venues are launching a fundraising competition with a difference 'Name That Theme'. It's time to decide what you want the Pride 2011 theme to be.

Venues across the City (and Worthing) have been deciding what they would like the Pride 2011 theme to be, during October and November each venue will be hold a Pride fundraising event around their chosen theme, the creative juices are flowing and you're sure to see some amazing transformations as the theme's come to life.

It's time to choose which theme YOU would like by supporting Pride and the venue and having fun at their event - it's that simple or if you can't decide check out a few events. At the end a winner will be crowned and the theme for Pride 2011 will be announced in December. Here's a list of the venues taking part and their suggested Pride 2011 themes:

Bedford Tavern - Once Upon A Time in Brighton

Brighton Tavern - Brighton n Beautiful

The Bulldog - Gay Icons

Camelford Arms - Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Charles Street - Pride at the Movies Dr Brighton's - Pirates and

Princesses Jack Horner, Worthing - Pride in Panto

Legends - God's and Goddesses'

Marine Tavern - Pride at the Soaps (Washing Away Prejudice)

The PV - Gay Pride

Regency Tavern – A Regency

Pride Revenge - Pride in Space

Vavoom - Around the World in GAYTY Days

The Zone - Out of this World

Details of each venue and their fundraising event will be announced soon - which will you choose? Will it be Pride in Panto or Pride at the Movies, Pirates and Princesses or Gay Pride - YOU decide by going to the Pride themed event, digging deep for Pride and having fun.
